About RRC

Red River College (RRC) is Manitoba’s largest institute of applied learning and research, with more than 200 full-time and part-time programs that prepare students to meet the demands of industry and empower them become leaders in their fields.

RRC’s formal research enterprise, Research Partnerships & Innovation, was established in 2004. Since then, the College has proven itself as a Canadian research leader and is consistently ranked as one of Re$earch Infosource’s top 10 Research Colleges in Canada.

Red River College creates impact in the fields of advanced design and manufacturing, clean technology, digital technology, and health, nutrition and social sciences.

We provide industry partners with applied research, technical services and training in areas that align with our expertise, resources and facilities, and with regional socio-economic demand. Industry benefits from having unparalleled access to the College’s state-of-the-art facilities and skilled staff, faculty, and students.

Red River College is home to three Technology Access Centres that serve the diverse and growing needs of our region: the Technology Access Centre for Aerospace & Manufacturing (TACAM), the Building Efficiency Technology Access Centre (BETAC), and the newly opened Prairie Research Kitchen.
